Born in the garage-stompin’ roots of Rochester, NY, The Low Spirits deliver their sophomore release “Outta Sight b/w Evil Eye”. The band draws upon influences such as The Seeds and The Chesterfield Kings to make its mark on the garage tradition. “Outta Sight” features jangling guitars and hypnotic harmonies while “Evil Eye” lures the listener into a dark corner where nothing exists but the reverberations of a Silvertone and Farfisa.
