Infamously the first artist signed to Warp that used guitars, Seefeel return with their first full-length album in fifteen years – Sol.Hz - a beautiful, hazy and blissed out collection of fractured melodies and vaporous textures.

Seefeel return with Sol.Hz, their first full-length in fifteen years: a hazy, bass-driven set where fractured melody and vapour trails of texture move with slow, tidal force. At lower volumes, it hovers in ambient space; through a proper system, its cavernous low end and spatial effects come into focus, stretching time and displacing sound.

Mark Clifford’s clouded constructions are anchored by Sarah Peacock’s heavily processed vocals, which bring warmth and presence, while treated guitar loops surface and dissolve in waves of delay. Long regarded as existing between experimental guitar music and electronic production, Seefeel now sound less like outliers and more like a blueprint.

Cited as an influence by artists including Maria Somerville and Yu Su, the group’s fusion of shoegaze blur and dub weight feels more resonant than ever. Sol.Hz reinforces their status as quiet innovators whose catalogue continues to unfold.
