The Godfather Part III is the final installment in the American crime trilogy The Godfather, directed by Francis Ford Coppola. The trilogy follows the trials of the fictional Italian American mafia Corleone family as Michael Corleone, youngest son of Vito Corleone, takes over from his father as the major figure in the organized crime. The third installment stars Al Pacino, Diane Keaton, Talia Shire and Andy García amongst others. The film was well received, it was nominated for seven Academy Awards, including Best Picture and Best Score.
The film was scored by Carmine Coppola and Nino Rota, who also composed the music for the first two films of The Godfather trilogy. The score includes the track “Promise Me You'll Remember” which features vocals by Harry Connick Jr. and received a nomination for both an Academy Award and a Golden Globe.
The Godfather Part III is available as a limited edition of 1500 individually numbered copies on silver & black marbled vinyl.
