<p>Void is a space to be filled. Music emerges through the mapping of the urban environment; the sounds contain “nothing”, and also contain the purpose that we assign to them. Tracing the meaning both in the musical composition, and also that brought forward by ears looking for something in the nothing of the undefined. These works follow up directly on concerns developed in Bethnal Greener (Rekem, 2015) and Crystal Drops/Ground Loops (IDDB, 2015).</p>
