Οι Last Drive δεν χρειάζονται ιδιαίτερες συστάσεις.  Μετά τη δυναμική επιστροφή τους το 2009, το album “Heavy Liquid” και μια σειρά από live σε διάφορα μέρη της Ελλάδας, η καινούρια τους δισκογραφική δουλειά αναμένεται εδώ και καιρό με ανυπομονησία. Είκοσι τρία χρόνια μετά το «Time», κυκλοφορεί το δεύτερο e.p. τους με τίτλο “News From Nowhere”.

Το “News From Nowhere” είναι ένα αποτύπωμα των δύσκολων καιρών που ζούμε∙ η βύθιση και η περιστασιακή ανάταση, μια ροκ εν ρολ μπάντα, δυο κιθάρες, ένα μπάσο, ένα σετ τύμπανα.  Τέσσερα καινούργια κομμάτια - Never Let it Go, Butterfly 69, Black Rain και Child of the Sky- που παίζονται εδώ και ένα χρόνο περίπου στις συναυλίες τους.  Οι ηχογραφήσεις έγιναν στο studio Downstroke του Θάνου Αμοργινού, σε παραγωγή του ίδιου του συγκροτήματος.

To “News From Nowhere” κυκλοφορεί σε βινύλιο από την Inner Ear σε συνεργασία με την Happy Crasher.

The Last Drive doesn’t need any special introduction. After their dynamic comeback in 2009, the album "Heavy Liquid" and a series of live performances all around Greece, there was much anticipation for the arrival of their long-awaited new material. Twenty-three years after «Time», their second EP is released, entitled "News From Nowhere".

"News From Nowhere" is an imprint of the difficult times we live; the sinking, and the occasional rise, a rock and roll band, two guitars, a bass, a drum kit. Four new songs - Never Let it Go, Butterfly 69, Black Rain and Child of the Sky – performed for almost a year now at their concerts. The recordings were made in Thanos Amorginos’ Downstroke studio and were produced by the band.

"News From Nowhere" is released on vinyl from Inner Ear, in cooperation with Happy Crasher.
